Travelling trunk terms and conditions and info:
The travelling trunk will set off from Cambridgeshire to a randomly selected member.
Members responsibility is to create a small project to go inside (i.e a little purse, a card, a key ring etc) and pop it inside the trunk.
Members must fill out one-two pages of the notebook inside the trunk telling us who you are, where you live (County only) and what you put inside the trunk.
From the moment you receive the trunk you have 10 days to complete your requirements and send it on.
By agreeing to the terms you are agreeing to allow Avid Crafts LTD to forward your address on to ONE member of the group.
Once you have completed your turn, please check your emails for the name and address of the person you are sending the trunk onto. Please do not contact this person as its a surprise!
If there are any times of the year you cannot commit to, i.e a holiday, please let us know well in advance so we can arrange for you to not have the trunk during this time.
If the trunk gets to you and the outer box is no longer viable, please replace at your cost.
Postage onto the next person is at your cost, small parcel second class please so your cost is £2.90 and no more.
If the trunk arrives to you and is full, please package up the contents in a strong Jiffy bag and send to Abeygale. This will then be stored, unopened, until reveal day.
Once the trunk has travelled around each member it will return to Abeygale for an opening and we will raffle off the contents and raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Please post in the the ALL STARS group when you have received the trunk and your county so Abeygale can plot its course on a map and members can see the trunk is out there. Please do not post any spoilers of what's inside the trunk.
If you wish to send a little treat (i.e chocolate) onto the next member you are welcome to do so but please make it obvious this needs to be removed from the trunk before they post it on.
You will only be sending inside the country you live in.
America and Canada will be completing one trunk together.
